The countdown is on! In just three weeks, the San Pedro waterfront will transform for LA Fleet Week, and Airmen Fight is touching down with some serious backup.
We are incredibly stoked to announce that we’ve teamed up with American Legion Gaming Veterans & Video Games Foundation to host an epic weekend of fighting game tournaments. Whether you’re a frame-data fanatic or a casual button-masher, this is where you want to be.
More Than Just a Match
While the “Perfect” KOs and high-stakes brackets are the draw, the mission behind this collaboration goes much deeper than the screen.
At Airmen Fight, our core belief is that no one should have to fly solo. By partnering with ALG, we are doubling down on our commitment to Veterans and active-duty Servicemembers.
- Building Camaraderie: Gaming has always been a universal language. It’s a way to reconnect with old friends and forge bonds with new ones who understand the unique rhythm of military life.
- Strengthening Resiliency: Competition teaches us how to pivot, adapt, and overcome. We use the digital arena as a space to sharpen the mental toughness and emotional grit needed for life outside the game.
- Creating Community: For many of us, the hardest part of service is the transition or the distance from home. We’re providing a “home base” where the only thing that matters is your spirit and your skill.
